you will go to the Payment page 

Because of fluctuating Bitcoin price, always send a little more than the required 99 to make sure you are covered and become ACTIVE

If you follow the instruction EXACTLY  it is very simple 

Choose your exchange .. Kraken, . or HitBTC or Binance

I use Kraken as I find it simple to use 

DO NOT
